Upload a file

First you need to be logged in and have a project opened. Then select the parent in which you want to Import the file in.
You can upload in the root of your opened project or in a module.
Select the parent node in the Project Tree that will contain the file name then select the context menu (right click ) or the main menu item Upload file In the main menu, select the Project menu and click on the Upload File menu item

Then the file will be uploaded on to the server and be scaned with the appropriate parser to be included in your project.

The Project Tree will refresh to reflect the changes and display the internal release number which is the timestamp of the upload of your file.

Note: The extension determines which parser will read your file (ie .po the po parser …)

Load resources

First you need to be logged in and have a project opened. Then select the parent in which you want to load the resources in.
You can upload in the root of your opened project or in a module.
The file needs to be uploaded first before the appp=lication can load its resources.
Select the parent node in the Project Tree that contains the file name then select the context menu (right click ) or the main menu item Upload file In the main menu, select the Project menu and click on the Load Resources menu item

You can load source or target resources accordingto what you have previously uploaded. In the dialog box, you need to select the appropriate mode (source or target), the language, the release name and the files.

Note: For performance reason, it is recommanded to be careful when load resources of files that have a big number of strings to load. It is better to split your files inot smaller ones. Then the file will scan with the appropriate parser to be included in your project.

Import a TM file

First you need to logged in and have a project opened. Then select the parent in which you want to Import the file in.

Select the __TM__ folder which contains the translation memory files Select the Import TM menu item to display the File Upload dialog box.

Then the file will be uploaded on to the server and be scaned with the appropriate parser to be included in your project.

The Project Tree will refresh to reflect the changes and display the internal release number which is the timestamp of the upload of your file.

Note: The extension determines which parser will read your file (ie .tmx the tmx parser …)

You will able to use the translation memory strings using the Check TM button in the Translation Panel toolbar when uyou are translating.

Translate a file

First you need to be logged in, to have a project opened.

Double click on the version of the file to translate.

When you select a string, this string will be locked automatically for 10 min. If you need to need more time, you can select another string and come back to re lock it.
This means that nobody can update this string except you.
After 10 mins, someone can select the string and will own the string.
In order to save your translation, you need to send it to the server by click on the Send button.

Rebuild a file

First you need to be logged in, to have a project opened.

Select the version of the file you want to rebuild.

Select the Rebuild menu item to run the Rebuild command.

A confirmation message will display on the output panel.

Note: you will need to have the rights to rebuild

Download a file

First you need to be logged in, to have a project opened.

Select the version of the file you want to download.

Select the Rebuild menu item to run the download command.

A confirmation message will display on the output panel.

Delete a file

First you need to be logged in, to have a project opened.

Select the version of the file you want to delete.

Select the Delete file menu item to run the delete command.

A confirmation message will display on the output panel.
